Disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of ZLKJ Inc. In the event of any dispute and in any litigation involving any dispute, each party shall continue to exercise its other rights and fulfill its other obligations under this Privacy Policy, excluding the subject matter of the dispute.

We may amend the relevant provisions of this Privacy Policy from time to time, and such amendments shall constitute a part of this Privacy Policy. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is inconsistent or conflicting with the terms of the published User Agreement, the terms of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
